All the components that make up the Almec Aerospace Generation 2 Actuation System have been developed in
accordance with DO254 (level C) and DO178B (level C) to ensure optimum reliability. The system is modular,
allowing for quick and easy system development, minimising lead-times. System features include.
Power Supply: 115Vac (350 - 800Hz);
Actuators: We offer a range of actuators covering almost all load and speed requirements;
we can develop bespoke solutions if necessary;
Comfort Systems: Lumbar support and other seat comfort applications,
with customer-defined massage cycles;
Switch Panels: Built to customer requirements and integrated with the rest of the system;
Wiring Looms: Our wiring harnesses include HTNS / Roundit sleeving as standard.

Interfaces: The system can interface with IFE, the central aircraft network
and other systems if required, for instance to receive commands or to send diagnostic data;
Bespoke Features: we can provide additional functionality as necessary.
